Due to performances of “Under the Midnight Rainbow” being cancelled for the time being, we would like to announce the following information regarding the handling of bookings.
Information on when reservations will re-open will be announced at a later date.
Bookings for “Under the Midnight Rainbow”
▷Acceptance of new bookings
– From Saturday 7 June 2025 onwards, new bookings for this event (including those currently in the lottery application period) will not be accepted until further notice.
The timing of the resumption of the event will be announced at a later date.
▷For those who have already made reservations via ‘Super Early Bird Special Lottery, 2-Month Advance Lottery, 7-Day Advance Lottery or Available Slot Reservation
-Reservations for “Under the Midnight Rainbow” will not be transferred/converted to reservations for other pavilions/events due to the cancellation of performances.
-If you wish to make a reservation for another pavilion or event during the time slot reserved for this event, please cancel your reservation for “Under the Midnight Rainbow” and then make a new reservation.
-However, please be aware that if you cancel your reservation for “Under the Midnight Rainbow” and then it is later announced that performances will resume, your previous reservation for “Under the Midnight Rainbow” that you cancelled will not be reinstated. You will need to apply and book again via the next reservation opportunity (2-Month Advance Lottery, 7-Day Advance Lottery, Available Slot Reservation, Same-Day/On-Site Registration). We appreciate your understanding.
▷For those who have applied for the “2-Month Advance Lottery” or “7-Day Advance Lottery” during the suspension period:
– During the lottery application period, you can change your lottery application details as many times as you wish, so please consider changing your application to other pavilions and events.
If you are unable to cancel your lottery application, please contact the General Contact Centre.
If it is announced that performances of “Under the Midnight Rainbow” will resume, you can apply for this event again as long as it is still during the period for accepting lottery applications.
Please note that no refunds of admission tickets will be accepted in connection with the cancellation of performances of “Under the Midnight Rainbow” and no transfers/conversions of bookings to other pavilions or events will be made. We appreciate your understanding.
